THE DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE 
Starting at $1,800

 
 

This package is for the couple that enjoys planning the details and logistics for their wedding, but is
seeking a professional to step in during the final 4 weeks to manage vendors, create their
timeline, provide stylistic input and coordinate their entire wedding day.
 
  • Initial consultation by phone and/or in person
  • Serve as point of contact for all vendors
  • Facilitate ceremony and reception
  • Construct a detailed wedding day timeline 
  • Venue Walk-through
  • Direct guests during ceremony and reception 
  • Manage set-up and break-down 
  • Direct and line up your bridal party for the ceremony
  • Assist with final touches
  • Rehearsal attendance (if necessary)
  • Hands out final payments/gratuities
  • Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
  • Unlimited phone + email contact
  • 1 In-person meeting
  • Coordination begins 1-month out

  • Point of contact for all vendors

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Vendor recomendations

  • Overseeing and directing the reception

  • Manage grand entrance

  • Follow wedding day timeline

  • In-person meetings before the big day

  • Receive all day of coordinating services

  • Coordination begins 6 months out

  • Up to 2 In-person meetings

This package is perfect for the couple that finds themselves somewhere in between our full service
and day of packages – full of ideas and ready to get started but wants a helping hand and a little
guidance. Partial planning is the perfect blend in which you and I execute every detail together,
creating and coordinating your dream wedding. Of course, you have big ideas and I’m here to
make sure that they all come to fruition.
 

THE COMPLETE PLANNING PACKAGE
Starting at $5,000
 

This package is for the couple who wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all the details that

go into making a wedding truly extraordinary. From theme and decor selection, to assembling their

team of service providers, providing unlimited professional advice, and managing every detail of

the wedding day! I will serve as your personal event planner to plan every detail with you and

execute those plans to provide a remarkable and extraordinary event that is unique to your

personal style!
